Bio Switch Plate Lub L-100 Our Switch Plate Lube is a biodegradable, eco-friendly, graphite switch plate lube. It contains no hazardous chemicals or chemicals containing volatile organic compounds (VOC). This unique formulation contains additives to enhance the load carrying ability of its base fluids boundary lubricant properties. It contains a high level of high purity synthetic graphite to provide added lubricity from graphite’s superior load carrying capabilities. The unique combination of fluid and solid boundary and EP lubricants allows for easy switch movement and excellent wear protection. The product remains pliable and does not become brittle even under wet, dusty, dirty, hot, gritty and abrasive conditions. It contains no solvents and is designed for low wear and long life.

Application: If possible before application, the surface of the switch should be swept or scraped to remove dirt, sand, gravel, cinders etc. Switch Plate Lube can be brushed, mopped, or sprayed on.
